During the conference, Baidu Wenxin, Ali Tongyi, Shanghai Artificial Intelligence Laboratory and other general large models were unveiled. These general-purpose grand models continue to iterate, and the resulting ecosystem is also growing. Zhou Jingren, chief technology officer of Alibaba Cloud, said downloads of Tongyi's open source model had tripled in two months to more than 20m, and the number of enterprise customers had also grown from 90,000 to 230,000, showing strong demand for large models. As a highly integrated and intelligent representative of humanoid robots, its various components, especially key components such as sensors, high-speed motor rotors, micro motors, etc., will indeed usher in significant development opportunities.


Sensor resolver technology: Sensor resolvers are an important basis for humanoid robots to perceive the external environment and achieve accurate control and interaction. With the continuous innovation of sensor technology, such as the development and application of optical sensors, force sensor resolvers, tactile sensors, accelerometers, gyroscopes, and more advanced biometric and environmental sensing sensors, the environmental adaptability, reaction speed and operation accuracy of humanoid robots will be greatly improved. The advancement of these technologies will promote the wide application of humanoid robots in many fields such as medical treatment, service, industry, and military.

High-speed motor rotor: High-speed motor is a key component for humanoid robots to achieve fast and efficient movement. With the advancement of motor technology, especially the wide application of high-efficiency motors such as permanent magnet synchronous motors and brushless DC motors, as well as the continuous optimization of motor control algorithms, the performance, efficiency and reliability of high-speed motor rotors will be significantly improved. In addition, the application of new materials, such as rare earth permanent magnet materials and high temperature superconducting materials, will also provide new possibilities for the performance improvement of high-speed motor rotors.

Micro Motors: Micro motors (hollow cup motor) usually refer to Special Motors with small size, light weight, small power but high performance requirements, which are widely used in precision control systems. In humanoid robots, micro motors are used to drive various precision actuators, such as joint drives and hand grasping devices. With the development of micro-electro-mechanical system (MEMS) technology and nanotechnology, the performance of micro-special motors will be further improved, smaller, lighter, more efficient and more reliable, thus providing strong support for the miniaturization, lightweight and high-precision control of humanoid robots.


These robots can not only do housework, but also undertake heavy lifting needs in mines, fields and other scenes. For example, the robot designed by Aolshark intelligently can load 40 kilograms, which has shown great potential in practical applications. With the gradual maturity of artificial intelligence technology and the rapid development of robotics industry, humanoid robots are becoming an important part of new quality productivity. Fan Yiwen, manager of the Marketing Department of Sichuan Tianchain Robot, introduced that the company's humanoid robots have been delivered to some universities and laboratories for secondary development. Although these products have the potential for commercial application, they are still some way from entering the public life.


Autonomous driving: commercial landing speed


With the increasing improvement of technology, infrastructure and policies and regulations, the commercial landing of intelligent connected cars, unmanned logistics vehicles and unmanned aerial vehicles is accelerating. During the conference, 20 taxis without drivers were placed around the Pudong Expo Park, and citizens booked orders through designated stations to experience the service of driverless taxis. At present, it has entered the demonstration application stage of driverless intelligent connected vehicles, and the next step will be a commercial pilot demonstration application. 5G-A vehicle networking demonstration route verifies the coordination of all elements of vehicle, road, network, cloud and map.


In addition, in closed sections and relatively simple industrial scenarios, driverless technology is becoming more mature and has become a "good helper" to help improve production quality and efficiency. For example, in TBEA Tianchi Energy South open-pit coal Mine, more than 200 unmanned mining wide-body vehicles are carrying out soil and rock transmission work. The unmanned aerial flight scene is also coming, and Shanghai Fengfei Aviation Technology's 2-ton electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft has completed its chartered flight.
